Yes, Blanche, she comes out with some great one liners. Will certainly miss her sense of timing and wit. What a great actress and a great lady.

Simon, I agree, fabulous little actor. He has the gift.

And, Graham, yes, he's a little off the wall but very interesting and funny.

It's hard to choose 3 as there are so many good ones.

Blanche- no one delivers their lines like Blanche. She will be missed.

Steve- I like how we've seen him turn from the troubled teenager to the business man/dad of today. I think he's great!

Graeme- what a great addition to the cast he has been. Very funny.

I think it's only fair to choose three characters that represent Corrie through the years, so to speak, up 'til present time:

Emily: A very well developed character throughout the years. Always the voice of reason and compassion when others are in a comdemning mode; and just when you think she is just living in the shadows of all the other characters, they come up with a "love story" for her this year. And she played it so well that it made me cry when he died to see how much she missed him and that yet again she was left behind.

Bet: I have to mention Bet because who could forget her? What a great character she was! I miss her! Sassy, brassy and sexy, (in her own unique way!), with a heart of gold.

Becky: I loved to hate Becky when she worked at the factory, now her character is starting to come into herself and be a better person; ironically like Steve's character has developed over the years. Interesting that the writers put them together; possibly on purpose. Anyway, she is a good actor and I have enjoyed watching her storyline develop with Roy as her loyal friend through thick and thin as well as with Steve.
